Following a directive from U.S. authorities, passengers are advised not to carry electronic devices larger than a mobile phone/smart phone in the aircraft cabin when traveling to the United States via a connecting point in the Middle East. This includes laptops, tablets, cameras and e-readers, but does not affect mobile phones or medical devices. This directive is required to be adhered to from the point of origin.
